paranomics Resume provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career coaching, and career consulting services (collectively, "Services"). The scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined at the time of purchase or agreement.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate client-provided information.
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the initial draft. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount may be available for an additional fee.
Final deliverables are provided in PDF and Microsoft Word formats unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to retain anonymized versions of work product for portfolio and quality assurance purposes.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@panoramicresumes.com.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final resume and career documents created for you. You may use them freely for personal job search purposes.
We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying portions of work for internal quality assurance, training, and portfolio purposes. We will never share your personal information or identifiable materials without your explicit consent.
Our website content, branding, logos, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of paranomics Resume.
While we are committed to producing the highest quality career materials and coaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, interview callbacks, salary increases, or promotions. Career success depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and candidate qualifications.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or career information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, paranomics Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
